All Points East’s In The Neighborhood event returns for a second year this summer, offering an unbeatable four-day programme of the biggest and best activities and entertainment in London, all of which can be enjoyed for free. In collaboration with Tower Hamlets Council, the local community and local organizations, the programme takes place between the two weekends of music.
