The organisers of the National Learn To Play Day, held over the weekend of Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 March 2016, have teamed up with Fender to offer Q readers the chance to win a Fender Paramount Acoustic Guitar worth £629!
On National Learn To Play Day over 150 music stores and other venues across the UK will be offering free taster music lessons across a range of instruments. The aim of the day is to give anyone who would like to try their hand at making music the opportunity to do so. Fender, the world’s leading guitar manufacturer, will be hosting their Learn To Play Day event at the Intu Trafford Centre, Manchester on Saturday 12 March 2016 in partnership with Registry of Guitar Tutors (RGT).
Complete beginners or lapsed players will be offered a free 15-minute introductory lesson with a qualified tutor, while intermediate and advanced players will be able to meet the Fender team and try some of the latest instruments. US-designed Paramount series acoustic instruments are finely crafted and specially voiced to bring your artistic vision to life. Available in a sunburst finish, the Paramount Deluxe Triple 0 is crafted from premium all-solid tone woods such as upgraded East Indian Rosewood back and sides and grade “A” Sitka spruce top. It also features a fast-playing “C”-shaped mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard, both of which are designed to accommodate the most demanding playing styles.
