The former Smiths, Cribs, Healers, Electronic, Modest Mouse, The The, Prentenders man, who has worked with the likes of Pet Shop Boys, Billy Bragg, Hans Zimmer, Oasis, Brian Ferry and Talking Heads (just to scratch the surface) insists he just enjoys making music.

“I'm just enthusiastic. I believe in bands, I believe in music, I believe it's art. I believe, still, there's nothing quite so powerful as an 18 year old with nothing to lose.”
