With new album Positive Songs For Negative People released next week (7 August) we invited Frank Turner along for a spot of lunch in our new issue. Get Q350, out now in print and on digital, for the full interview plus our review of the new LP, but as a amuse bouche, here's five questions with Mr Turner.
WHO would play you in the film of your life? It'd depend which period of my life we are talking about really. When I was a kid everyone told me I looked like Screech from "Saved By the Bell". These days it'd be Tom Hardy, obviously.
WHAT are you currently working on? Just finished a new album, so I'm working on promoting it around the world - a long, long tour schedule starts in September.
WHY do you do that thing you do? Because I don't know how to stop, and I don't know how to do anything
WHERE do you see yourself in ten years? It'd be boring to predict that with any degree of accuracy - the fun and exciting part is the finding out, right? I hope I'm still on the move, still creative.
WHEN will there be a harvest for the world? Tuesday, lunchtime.
