Celebrating San Francisco's 60s hippie scene, The Haight: Love, Rock, And Revolution, will be out in October and includes pictures of Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, The Who, Jefferson Airplane and more, as well as the famous district itself. There's also a foreword from Donovan.

To mark its publication an exclusive preview exhibition is taking place at London's Image Space Gallery on Tuesday (23 September). It's free to attend, email rsvp@rockarchive.com to join the guest list. Early copies of the book will be available to buy on the night
