How do I upload my photo?
You need to make sure you have Flash 10 installed on your computer. You also need to make sure the file size of your image is under 1mb in size and that it is also in JPEG format.
If you have used Photoshop to edit your image, make sure you use "save for web" and the "progressive" checkbox is unticked as some users have reported problems with images saved using the normal "save" option.
How do I upload my track?
You need to make sure you have Flash 10 installed on your computer. Your track must be in MP3 format and under 5MB in size.
I'm trying to upload my image / tracks, but all I see is a message saying "Loading..." in these areas.
The uploads require that you have JavaScript enabled and Flash 10 installed. The "Loading..." message should
disappear after a few seconds once the uploader has loaded on the page. However, if you have JavaScript disabled or
you don't allow plugins to run (some corporate or shared public computers may do this) then the loading message will
remain and you won't be able to upload your entry successfully from that computer.
5MB isn't enough space to upload my track, can I have more?
No. 5MB should give you between 3 and 5 minutes depending on your bitrate. The judges have to listen to each song and
we want to make sure they have enough time to properly rate each entry. Try to upload shorter songs or add a fade
at the end of your epic track to shorten it.
I live in the Channel Islands / Isle of Man, can I enter?
Sorry, the competition is only open to bands and artists based in the UK or Republic of Ireland.
I live in another country, can I enter?

I live in the UK or Ireland, but I'm not a British subject or Irish citizen, can I enter?
Yes, as long as you give an address in the UK or Ireland, and pay your entry fee using a British or Irish card.
Do you accept Electron / Solo / Diners Club / American Express?
We don't accept Electron, Solo, Diners Club or American Express cards due to the high costs of processing these cards.
We only accept British and Irish Visa Credit and Debit cards, or Mastercard and Maestro cards.
I'm based in the UK, but my bank isn't, can I enter?
You can enter, but we can only accept payment in GBP by cards issued by UK and Irish banks in either of these countries.
Can I enter by post?
Sorry, we only accept online entries.
